Privacy policy

Updated 25 October 2026

Tillhanda helps businesses answer their customers. We handle as little personal data as we can, never sell it, and only use it to make the service work.

Who we are

Tillhanda is run by Glauser Creative AB in Sweden, which is responsible for personal data on the website, the waitlist and customer accounts. Questions go to oskar@glauser.com.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address, the page's language and when you joined, only to tell you when there's room. Ask us and we'll remove it.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It checks your browser without cookies for tracking or ads.

The website

We use no cookies. We count visits with our own analytics, without cookies, IP addresses or anything that identifies you.

Businesses using Tillhanda

For customer accounts we keep names and email addresses (sign-in is a one-time code by email), and what the business adds: content from its own website, knowledge, corrections and settings.

Your customers' conversations

When a business uses Tillhanda on its website, we process its customers' messages on the business's behalf. The business is the controller and we are its processor, under a data processing agreement. If you're a customer of such a business, contact them first.

To answer, the part of the conversation and knowledge the answer needs is sent to an AI model. It isn't used to train the model.

Who helps us

A few providers process data on our behalf, under data processing agreements:

  • Hostup (servers and email delivery, Sweden)
  • Cloudflare (network, the waitlist and its spam check)
  • OpenAI (the AI model that writes answers)

When a provider handles data outside the EU, it does so under EU-approved safeguards.

How long we keep it

The waitlist until we've been in touch and you don't want to stay, or until you ask us to remove you. Customer data for as long as the account exists; when it's closed, the data is deleted and backups are overwritten within a limited time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to how it's used. Email us. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Changes

If we change something that matters, we'll update this page and tell customers before it applies.
