The short version: Tillhanda is a helper, not a guarantee. You decide what it knows and may do, and a person is always close at hand.

Who provides Tillhanda

Tillhanda is provided by Glauser Creative AB, Sweden. By using the website or the service, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

An early version

Tillhanda is new and open to a few businesses at a time. It will change as we learn, and sometimes things may not work as they should. Pilot customers also have a separate agreement, which takes precedence where it differs from these terms.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee a place. We'll be in touch when there's room.

Your content

What you add to Tillhanda stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You're responsible for having the right to use the content you add.

Use it fairly

Don't use Tillhanda for anything illegal or harmful, to mislead your customers, or to try to reach data that isn't yours or disrupt the service.

AI can be wrong

Tillhanda's answers come from AI and can be mistaken or incomplete, even when they're based on your own knowledge. Review what it has learned, decide what it may answer, and make sure questions that need a person can be handed over.

Liability

Tillhanda is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for the consequences of incorrect answers. None of this limits your rights as a consumer.
